Eastend Haven provides 24-hour, person-centred residential supports to adults with

developmental disabilities in a safe, supportive, and home-like environment. The program is

designed to support individuals to live with dignity, choice, and independence while receiving

the assistance required to meet their assessed needs.

We provide a well structured, supportive, and therapeutic services to meet the emotional, physical, educational, cultural, and social needs of each resident, preparing them for successful reintegration into family, school, and community life.

We offer a range of services including 24-hour care, daily living assistance, recreational activities, meal preparation, transportation to appointments and  medical assistance.  Our  team of experienced professionals is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each resident.
